Who we are looking for
A Computer Scientist or Junior Software Engineer to join our After Sales Support department.
The resource will actively take part in customer service activities and continuous improvement on proven installations, in an environment where teamwork and mutual support are key to our success.
The resource will initially be placed within the software development team in order to receive the necessary training to gain autonomy on the tested systems and then actively take part in the after-sales support team.
Activities
The main activities you will have to deal with are:

- Remote Help Desk support on tested installations;
- Remote troubleshooting, troubleshooting analysis, and fault management on tested systems;
- Proactive contribution in improving software and support tools;
- Managing critical situations and resolving any customer complaints in a timely and effective manner;
- Work together with the team to ensure the best possible customer experience by focusing on innovation and digitization;
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures and propose innovative solutions to increase customer satisfaction
