Skypods are autonomous mobile robots that transport goods in storage containers or trays between racks and stations.

• Skypods can pick up any container or tray in less than 2 minutes.

• Skypods climb up to 12 m making the most of the available space.

•The Skypod system can predict future expansion by simply adding robots without interrupting operations

Stations

Pick-up stations allow warehouse operators to interact safely with Skypod robots.

• Ergonomic workstations allow you to easily pick up up to 400 order lines/hour.

• The order mover module can be added to prepare up to 4 orders simultaneously.

•The bin interface allows a productivity of 320 bins/hour

Storage

Exotec shelving, containers, and trays are designed to maximize the storage space available within the warehouse.

• With a maximum height of 12 m, racks offer up to 5 times more storage capacity than traditional solutions.

• The containers are available in 3 heights: 220 mm , 320 mm , 420 mm

• The trays eliminate the need to transfer the goods into the crates and can hold cartons up to 600 x 400 x 400 mm.

Native Buffer
Introducing the native buffer, a new Skypod® system feature that streamlines container storage before order prep and manages semi-finished orders. Robots access all buffer locations for quick storage and retrieval, while completed orders are efficiently stored before shipping. By eliminating bulky sorters and conveyors, the native buffer saves space and costs.

Native Sequencing
Robots transport fulfillment containers directly to Exchangers, delivering orders in the exact sequence needed and eliminating extra equipment. The Deepsky® WMS sets picking priorities, with robots sorting containers in optimal order for delivery, optimizing palletizing, loading, and restocking, reducing time and effort.

Pick & Pack
Experience the future of pick-and-pack operations with our 2D to 3D packing technology. The Skypod® System stores and retrieves various packaging types, matching orders with the right-sized containers and reducing manual handling. By measuring item dimensions at replenishment, we minimize empty spaces, saving space, time, and costs.

Maintenance Support
